First-Time Sign-In
Setting up your login on the new Roselle Chamber website
Already a Chamber member?
Your account is already set up. Your business information, contact details, and membership dates all carried over to the new site.
The one thing that could not carry over is your password — the old website stored passwords in a format modern sites can no longer read, so everyone chooses a new one the first time they sign in. It takes about 30 seconds.
- 1
Go to Member Login
Click Member Login at the top of any page, then click “Forgot password?”
- 2
Enter your email
Use the email address the Chamber has on file for your business, then click Send Reset Link.
- 3
Check your email
Look for a message from the Roselle Chamber of Commerce with the subject “Access Your Account.” It usually arrives within a minute. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- 4
Choose your password
Click the link in the email, enter a password of at least 8 characters, and confirm it.
- 5
You're in
You'll land on your Member Dashboard. From now on, sign in with your email and the password you just chose.
What's in your dashboard
- Edit Profile — Update your business info, description, and logo
- My Events — See the events you've registered for
- My Jobs — Post and manage job openings
- My Deals — Offer coupons and deals to other members
- My Orders — Review your purchase history
Not a member yet?
Businesses joining the Chamber for the first time create an account as part of the membership application:
- Complete the application — business and contact info, address, and the services you offer.
- Choose your email address and password on the final step.
- Submit your application along with membership payment.
- The Chamber reviews new members. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is approved, and your business then appears in the online directory.
If something goes wrong
- The email never arrived
- Check your spam or junk folder for a message from noreply@rosellechamber.com. If it still isn't there, the Chamber may have a different email on file for your business — contact the Chamber office and we'll update it.
- The link says it expired
- Reset links are good for one hour and can only be used once. Just request a new one.
- It says your membership is pending approval
- Your sign-in worked, but your membership is awaiting review. The Chamber will notify you as soon as it's approved.
- Still stuck?
- Contact the Chamber office and we'll get your account sorted out.
