Responsibilities and Requirements: • Answers all inbound Service/Quicklane leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact/make appointments • Contact present customers (phone, email, text) to maintain and improve customer loyalty • Work with service management to develop strategies and techniques to increase traffic • Quote pricing • Promote and receive credit applications for Ford/Quicklane Card • Remain up-to-date on products, market/industry trends, and certifications • Understand and implement dealership service process • Make CSI follow-up calls. • Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments. • Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns. • Other tasks as assigned.
