If so, GC Realty & Development is looking for a full-time Apartment Cleaner. The position will aid the property manager and maintenance coordinator in ensuring the properties are well kept and clean. Tasks would be as follows but not limited to:
Cleaning Common Area Hallways
Cleaning Vacant Homes at Turnover
Reporting back on property conditions
Will be provided
Cell Phone
Supplies
Paid Holidays
Accruing Personal Time
Requirements
Ability to operate a smartphone
Access to reliable automobile and valid driver's license with insurance.
Honest and able to work in a self-directed, with minimal oversight.
Hard-working and flexible hours if necessary.
Must commit to full-time employment -- not for contractors.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have experience (1 year preferred)
Must be responsible and self-motivated
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must have a reliable car and valid insurance
Multiple Locations/ Driving involved
Southside of Chicago to include South Chicago, Calumet Heights, South Deering, Woodlawn
South Suburbs to include Hazel Crest, Chicago Heights, Country Club Hills, Lansing
