Italian Pizza Kitchen is looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has previous experience making pizza.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards
-Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
-Stretch and shape pizza dough properly
-Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times and temperatures
-Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
-Follow food safety and kitchen procedures
-Work efficiently during busy periods and high-volume service
-Help with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed
-Work well with other kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements:
-Previous pizza-making or professional kitchen experience required
-Experience working with pizza dough and commercial pizza ovens
-Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy restaurant
-Reliable, punctual, and responsible
-Able to follow recipes and instructions
-Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
-Must be a team player with a positive attitude
-Bilingual Preferred
